- Provide technical support about metal cutting solutions to our distributors and end-user customers.- Provide win-win solution to customers by give to customers a better solution by demonstration performance of products to compete with other competitors;- Manage, co-operate sales activities with distributors staffs and internal resources to identify potential customers, sales opportunities then close the sales;- Do after sales services. Trouble shoot any problem occurs at customers factory that is related to products;- Conduct technical seminars, product trainings, introduce and demonstrate the performance of new products to our distributors and customers;- Do the market research in Vietnam market to get information about customers, competitors, then identify potential products, customers and sales strategies;- Training and guiding new staffs in internal and sales staffs in distributors;- Develop and maintain the relationships with end-user customers and distributors network;- Report sales activities and update customer situations to Country Manager by Lotus Notes system.
