Loni Davis is a senior consultant and practitioner of organization development and training with 20+ years experience designing and implementing collaborative strategies and programs that improve organizational performance,facilitate large-scale change and design initiatives, strengthen leadership, and support learning and development. Loni brings to her consulting work strong leadership skills and experience in managing large consulting contracts, project teams, and the development of consulting/training staff.Prior to establishing her own consulting firm, Loni worked as an internal Organizational Change Specialist with Stanford University, a Senior Associate in the consulting division of Interaction Associates (an international training and consulting firm) and as a Management Consultant in the Organizational Effectiveness Division of Kaiser Permanente.Loni is committed to fostering collaboration, individual dignity, and life-long learning in the workplace. She is keenly interested in how technology is fostering new ways of learning and working. In addition to her consulting work, Loni enjoys teaching at the university, research, and writing.
