The Lab Commodities coordinator will provide technical assistance to the Global found country team, the Ministry of Health and Social Services , technical work groups, implementing partners, and Government of counterparts to ensure that the portfolio of program activities contributes to the national HIV/AIDS strategic goals and targets.

Provides general administrative support and follow up for the reinforcement of the lab commodities management system. He will be responsible to coordinate laboratory activities on the field and will liaise with the different HIV/AIDS partners involved in laboratory management (National laboratory, implementing partners etc.) in order to ensure laboratory commodities inventory management and rational use of lab commodities at site level. He is able to work with minimal supervision and be responsible for regular decision-making which will support and promote the objectives of the SCMS Haiti laboratory team, SCMS overall and directly enhance and prepare the government of Haiti and the Haitian public health system to manage its own laboratory supply chain.
