• Responsible for providing leadership, strategic direction and management to the Marketing Department, including: Advertising, Promotions, Player Relations, Research, Slot Development and Table Games Development.• Providing overall direction to 7 direct reports and 5 department members towards SGC’s Corporate Objectives of Guest Service Excellence, Tourism and Community Leadership, and being an Employer of Choice, while delivering increased guest count, tourism visits and revenue increases. • Budgetary Responsibility: $14.5 Million

• Responsible for the brand image of SGC’s properties, Casino Regina and Moose Jaw, throughout all media used in their integrated Marketing plan. • Provide Marketing assistance and guidance to other SGC departments, such as Corporate Affairs, Entertainment Services, Human Resources and Food & Beverage.• Budgetary Responsibility: $3.8 Million
