•Oversaw all aspects of donor stewardship for the UCLA College of Letters and Science (annual goal of approximately $65 million and capital campaign goal of $400 million) in partnership with deans, academic staff, faculty, and development officers. •Researched, drafted, and prepared personalized impact and endowment reports (more than 400 annually) for the College's major donors ($10,000 to $5,000,000+). Managed donor acknowledgments across all giving levels ($1 - $1,000,000+). Drafted acknowledgment letters, impact report narratives, event programs, communications with academic staff and faculty, research updates and briefs, and other stewardship and cultivation-related materials.•Created, managed, and maintained the College's Centennial Campaign honor roll. In addition, developed and managed formal recognition programs for loyal donors, repeat donors, first-time donors, and faculty and emeriti donors. •Former member of UCLA's Donor Experience committee and a graduate of UCLA's prestigious Professional Development Program.•Hired, trained, mentored, and managed stewardship coordinators.•Created and managed a best practices training program for UCLA College staff, which outlined expectations for interacting with donors from gift processing through cultivation and stewardship. This training is based on the Disney Institute's guidelines for providing quality customer service.
