This included warehousing, inventory control, managing two contractors while overseeing the build out of the customized network equipment for each school, coordination of onsite delivery logistics, training cabling contractors in the installation of the Wi-Fi equipment, and completion of detailed final inventory records.• Project was completed ahead of schedule and well under budget with less than 0.02% inventory shortages.
