Mijn passie voor onderzoek en advies op het gebied van duurzaamheid ligt bij duurzaam inkopen, duurzame innovatie en levenscyclusanalyse (het meten van maatschappelijke impact). Duurzaam inkopen is een krachtig instrument voor het beperken van CO2 uitstoot, het realiseren van de circulaire economie en maatschappelijk verantwoord handelen. Duurzame innovatie leidt tot kwalitatief hoogwaardige producten en verbetering van de kwaliteit van leven. Levenscyclusanalyse helpt om strategie te verbeteren en te focussen op dat wat écht kan bijdragen aan de ontwikkeling van een duurzame samenleving. Ik heb 15 jaar ervaring als projectleider en duurzaamheidsadviseur op het gebied van producten, processen en ketens. Mijn werkveld betreft zowel de overheid als de industrie. Met plezier pas ik mijn kennis van duurzaamheid en circulaire economie toe in de praktijk. Ik maak de milieueffecten zichtbaar van de keten van grondstoffen, productie, gebruik en afvalstromen en help deze effecten te minimaliseren. Ik ben zeer betrokken bij de projecten die ik doe. De gebruiker staat voor mij altijd centraal.Binnen CE Delft ben ik verantwoordelijk voor het coördineren van de verschillende onderzoeks- en adviestrajecten op het gebied van duurzaam inkopen en ketenanalyse. Samen met collega’s werken we aan een grote diversiteit aan opdrachten, zoals de actualisatie van MVI criteria en de ontwikkeling van MVI quickscans, waarmee we de prioritaire productgroepen voor duurzaam inkopen vaststellen. Ook ondersteunen we opdrachtgevers, met het beoordelen van inschrijvers op duurzaamheid bij tendertrajecten.Binnen de projecten treed ik zowel op als projectleider en als inhoudelijk expert. Hierbij komt mijn achtergrond in Industrial Design and Engineering aan de TU Delft en mijn eerdere werkervaring bij Beco en EY Cleantech and Sustanability goed van pas.Mijn expertisevelden zijn:• Duurzaam Inkopen• Levenscyclusanalyse (LCA) en carbon footprint• Circulaire economie

Within EY CaS I was active as a consultant in the expertise field of Impact & Innovation. I gave companies insight in the impacts of their business. I supported companies and authorities to realise improvement via the optimization internal operations as well as improvements throughout the supply chain and in the product design. Valuation, sustainable product innovation and eco-efficiency were my specialities. I was making life cycle analysis’s (LCA's) using market leading software (SimaPro) and a new "social network-style" application (EcoChain). With LCA’s I analysed the environmental aspects from products and services during their whole life cycle in the whole product chain. This included the calculation of CO2 production, waterfootprint or energy-use. As a certified Cradle to Cradle consultant I supported companies to implement the concept of a Circular Economy. -
