Having direct experience or leading in sales, estimating, planning/scheduling, project management, detailing, production, safety, lean manufacturing, technology, recruitment, training & finance.One of my greatest strengths and key to my successes is to grow people. It is most rewarding to encourage, help and witness employee growth. I have had countless people selflessly teach and help me over the years and I intend to do the same for others until I am no longer able.I’ve been blessed to be a part of and lead some amazing teams. We’ve increased throughput and production in some cases 100% and then another 100%. I’ve lead the sales effort of another company and increased the sales goals by increasing single year sales 83% beyond what the company had previously done in 42 years of business. I understand and lead efforts to utilize software and machinery technology that is previously under utilized. This leads to greater capacity, greater throughput, more efficiency, improved scheduling, increased customer service and improved margins.
