Installation of communication cabinets as Floor Distribution with termination and testing to certification levels. GSA-Defense Logistics Agency (DLA)• Project Manager and Technical Lead for GSA contract conducting a comprehensive wireless site survey of the DLA Headquarters at Fort Belvoir, VA. • Primary objective, discover and document sufficient information to determine the number and placement of Wireless Access Points and Wireless Intrusion Detection devices to provide maximum coverage needed throughout the DLA HQC facility. AH-64 Apache (US Army)• Project Engineer managing the wireless network implementations for the numerous Apache Attack battalions.• Pre-site consultation with key unit personnel for scheduling, planning, information gathering and coordination of unit personnel for assistance with the network installations. • Manage the configuration and installation of the CAISI 2.0 wireless bridges, Juniper Routers and client wireless tool used to connect the electronic aircraft logbooks. • Responsibilities include installation of Cisco network switches, cabling and testing of and communications for proper migration of application data for analysis of data. Training and documentation of post install survey and asset management.

• Implemented and demonstrated a mobile computing solution within the aviation maintenance sectors of the Department of Defense using XRiver MA-V (Mobile Assistant V) and Atigo tablet PC’s as part of an extensive technology study for the Office of the Secretary of Defense. This study led to the current wireless project with the AH-64 Apache group.

• Utilized a wireless Tablet PC solution during an expansion of the capabilities of the check in process at Hilton Hotels. This enabled Guest Services Agents to be mobile throughout the lobby and other areas of the hotel. Significantly decreased time in line for the guest.

EMC• Managed the network infrastructure implementation of the corporate Web Hosting and Network Operations Center (NOC) facility. Configuration and installation of Cisco Terminal servers, switches, backbone routers, cabling and testing of Internet connectivity. Responsible for asset management and system integration of hosting servers. Holy Cross Hospital• Managed daily operations of an enterprise network implementation, supervising multiple network engineers installing a large scale 3Com and Lucent Technologies Gigaspeed Ethernet network.

United States Courts• Project involved the integration and on-site installation of Compaq Proliant servers and Sun Microsystems Solaris x86 operating system for US District. US Army (MEDCOM) • Technical Team Leader responsible for the global installation of a Novell 3.12 network that included Lotus cc:Mail, Lotus Mail routers, SMTP Gateways. This solution completely upgraded the Army Medical Command email system

• Developed plan to determine the maintenance procedures for existing TEMPEST equipment. Provided estimates of failure rates, developed second sources of supply and maintenance vendors for existing and proposed equipment.

• Managed the activities of engineering staff during the installation and maintenance of 2500 networked systems and peripherals at FBI Headquarters and additional locations in the Eastern District.• Developed logistics reports, technical support programs, asset management, and assisted with maintenance of TEMPEST equipment marketed by ITC.• Diagnosed and repaired problems, inspected equipment to insure warranty status and re-certify to TEMPEST specifications. Responsible for ITC contract at White House Communications Agency.

Performed duties as a Sentinel, Trainer and Assistant Relief Commander. The Tomb of the Unknown Soldier is the nations most sacred memorial. Guarding the Unknown Soldiers is an honor and a privilege bestowed to very few men who must meet very specific qualifications to be selected. Army and Regimental Color Bearer with CCG. Numerous assignments including the White House carrying the National Colors.
