-Developed and recommended strategic direction to the SVP, budgets, and upon approval, manage within budgeted parameters.-Implemented the activities between the application team and their customers for the purpose of achieving segment strategic objectives, margin targets, and technical standards.

-Responsible for all commercial and technical activities with assigned resin accounts in the laminate flooring, high pressure laminates, low pressure laminates, non-woven, insulation, and glass mat industries throughout North America.-Implemented market and economic studies for business development and determined key value drivers as well as leading and lagging indicators for the applications.-Developed an understanding of the value chains and end markets of the applications.-Commercialized new business in the applications by over $7 million.-Managed all bid processes, contract negotiations, and price administration for the accounts of the applications.-Implemented metrics within Key Account Management program.

-Managed key account to $25 million in revenue.-Responsible for all commercial and technical service activities with assigned flooring overlay accounts.-Assisted in developing a comprehensive and consistent national pricing policy.
