Cosmetic manufacturing is one of those hot industries, and he is often called on by potential investors to discuss opportunities. He has also been the CFO of several franchises, including PMI (Property Management Inc) that is rolling up the market of 275,000 property managers with systems and processes that accelerate growth in both long-term and short-term rentals (AirBnB, HomeAway,etc.). As the former CFO at YESCO, he started another franchise that introduced a unique model of service only sign repair, and connected franchisees with large accounts that included McDonald's, 7-11, and dozens of large restaurant and convenience store franchises. He also worked on mergers and acquisitions in his various roles, that resulted in transactions as large as $90 million.
