I applied my knowledge of technology,applications, educational methods and instructional design techniques to assist the Instructional Design Manager in analyzing learning issues, designing and delivering courses in the classroom, online, blended and at times on-site to both employees and customers.I collaborate with Training Managers, Training Specialists, Support Staff and the Performance Management Team in needs assessment, and the development of learning solutions, at times delivering high quality learning experiences in the area of application content.
