He has supported and led multiple eight-figure capital campaigns, assisted in and personally secured six-, seven-, and eight figure leadership gift commitments, and coached advancement staff and volunteers to implement advancement plans that transformed annual, major, and planned giving efforts.

In the role of managing director, Lon works closely with the partners and senior staff to help craft and execute the vision of the firm by implementing our strategic plan. He is also responsible for promoting and growing the firm by connecting with individuals in the community who believe in clear and trusted investment counsel.

Served as a member of the Schools' senior leadership team and as lead staff in support of the Board of Trustees' nine-member advancement committee and the Foundation's Board of Directors. Developed, implemented, and successfully completed three eight-figure comprehensive capital campaigns that built new and enhanced existing facilities, grew the Schools' permanent endowment, and increased annual fund revenue.

Strengthened and advanced donor relationships with individuals who established donor-advised, scholarship, agency endowments, and geographic affiliate funds. Created new opportunities for donors to experience the tangible benefits and results of the Foundation's philanthropy.
