Before getting into real estate full time in 2002, I was a strategy consultant for eight years with Deloitte and Accenture. I learned how to leverage technology to develop breakthrough strategic approaches and rapidly gain market share. This experience underpins our efforts at Ironton Capital, Your Castle Real Estate, and First Alliance Title.I started Ironton Capital in 2019. We now have a team of twelve people. We help passive investors get diversified access to institutional grade real estate. Fund 1 (2019) is tracking to a 15% annual return. Funds 2-3 are in the 15-20% range. We're currently raising money for Fund 9. Our short term income fund with quarterly dividends pays 8-9% annually. The medium term income fund pays 11-13% per year. I founded Your Castle in 2006. It is the largest independent brokerage in the Denver metro. We grew sales from $0 in 2006, to over $2 billion in 2023. In July 2016, we made the "Inc. Magazine - fastest growing companies in America" list for the third year in a row. In September 2017 we acquired Shorewood real estate with 200+ Realtors. In October '17 we purchased Private Label real estate. We have three offices spanning the front range and major resort markets, and over 700 Realtors. We focus on proving a great work environment for our 50+ employees. I sold YCRE to a private equity group in 2021, but I still am CEO. We started First Alliance Title in 2014. We closed over 2,000 transactions in 2020, ranking us in the top 5% of the largest title companies in Colorado.     I've been an active real estate investor for 20+ years. I've averaged over 20% annualized returns. Starting in 2017, it's been harder to get those returns in Colorado. I did an exhaustive study of national passive investing. After 18 months of analysis, I made eight investments in National Diversified Fund 1 in 2019. Five have sold and three are on-going. I'm tracking to a 15% annual return on Fund 1. Fund 2 (2020), Fund 3 (2020/21) and Fund 4 (2021/22) are tracking to 15-20% annualized returns.We launched Fund 5 in July '22. It has eleven investments. The pro-forma shows 14-20% annualized returns. We're now working on Fund 8.Our Short Term Income Fund pays about 2% per quarter (8-9% per year) at a tax preferred rate. It has great liquidity. The Medium Term Income Fund pays 11-13% per year.

    YCRE had over $2.5 billion in sales in 2022. We purchased Shorewood real estate in September 2017, which had $650 million in sales in 2016. We have 750 Realtors in six offices. We cover the entire Colorado front range and most major resort markets. We have 50 employees and a full relocation department, too. I sold YCRE to a private equity firm in 2021, but I'll be around for a long time running the operation.

We had 2000+ closings in 2020. We've added a third office, and have over 30 employees. We sold the company to a strategic buyer, Compass, in fall 2021.
