Before getting into real estate full time in 2002, I was a strategy consultant for eight years with Deloitte and Accenture. I learned how to leverage technology to develop breakthrough strategic approaches and rapidly gain market share. This experience underpins our efforts at Ironton Capital, Your Castle Real Estate, and First Alliance Title.I started Ironton Capital in 2019. We now have a team of twelve people. In October '17 we purchased Private Label real estate. We have three offices spanning the front range and major resort markets, and over 700 Realtors. We focus on proving a great work environment for our 50+ employees. I sold YCRE to a private equity group in 2021, but I still am CEO. We started First Alliance Title in 2014. We closed over 2,000 transactions in 2020, ranking us in the top 5% of the largest title companies in Colorado.
