  1. Prepare monthly subsidiaries group accounts, supporting schedules, management reports and statistics.2. Perform periodic review on financial closing procedures including analyzing and verifying the journal entries, reconciliation of general ledgers and Balance Sheet and Income Statement balances3. Ensure timely and accurate reporting of financial reports and compliance with the Company’s policies and accounting standards.4. Collate all financial reporting materials (Group financial report & Product Analysis report) in an accurate and timely manner. Analyses and report on periodic variances and their causes. After that present the group financial reports in power point to chief finance officer.5. Assist in Group budget and forecast preparation.6. To draft Audited Financial Statement and prepare deferred tax computation.7. Compute the tax estimate by quarter and revise the CP204 tax instalment and responsible for the tax computation prepared by the tax agent8. Coordinate / liaise with auditors, tax agents, company secretaries to ensure regulatory reporting requirements are met.9. Prepare and submit SST.10. Meet reporting deadlines and requirements for monthly financials, monthly close report & others ad required by the management.
