- Implement a CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System) software, which is a single source of truth for machine-related data, corrective and preventive maintenance activities, frequent inspections and spare part inventories, for the first time at the Vietnam plant.- Schedule periodic preventive maintenance tasks for all assets with the cooperation of the maintenance team to determine the ideal interval or usage.- Manage spare part inventory through CMMS, support reorder point and reorder quantity calculation for all spare parts, and automate the process of ordering new spare parts.- Devise semi-automated reports visualizing data related to maintenance, inspections and spare part inventory, tailored for each department.- Support the implementation of 5S and TPM across the organization by educating, developing standards and checklists, and ensuring compliance.- Automate repetitive tasks, reducing manual workload for factory management and data entry teams.

Liaise with production managers from various manufacturing departments to develop applications for a plant-level digitalization project aimed at creating a single source of truth for document and manufacturing activity management, which are replacements of existing user-unfriendly applications and paperwork.- Develop a document management application, reducing manual updates and improving data accessibility for experts.- Create a production metrics application that presents data as an Andon monitor and streamlines data input and analysis for managers and operators.

- Establish visualization modules to display OEE (Overall Equipment Effectiveness) and other relevant indicators for a commercial application aimed at tracking and visualizing manufacturing performance in a real-time manner.- Design and implement an end-to-end data pipeline to process daily transaction data extracted from poorly structured Excel files and provide real-time visualization through a web-based dashboard application.
