• Led product development for Flashcards+, an iOS app acquired by Chegg in late 2013. Managed a complete rewrite and redesign, which has held a 4.5 star rating and reached the top 20 in Free Education apps.
• Managed the development and evolution of the Chegg.com signed-out homepage, executing multiple tests and measuring against key metrics such as textbook conversion rate and “attach rate” (a measure of cross-promotion).
• Transitioned the signed-in homepage from a static display of user books and courses into a dynamic feed which collects data, displays timely alerts to students, and cross-promotes new products and services.
• Developed numerous pages, tests, and flows to collect data from Chegg.com students, including course collectionafter checkout, which was responsible for 1.8 million course associations every 6 months.
• Played a key role in the team responsible for integrating Cramster.com into Chegg.com, including writing copy, gaining feature parity, and ensuring an on-schedule migration of hundreds of thousands of members.
