Life is a Garden, Dig it. I have had the pleasure of working with Great teams in my 20+ construction years. I helped build (as a Customer service rep and moving on to Assistant Superintendent) large custom luxury homes in my early years in Temecula, Ca. and San Diego (4S Ranch, Encinitas, and La Costa Area). After Luxury homes, I moved on to the high rise commercial construction side, which was also fun and life changing for me. As a Warranty Rep and an Assistant Superintendent, I helped build two high rise buildings in San Francisco, CA, and one high rise tower in Seattle, WA. I moved back to San Diego and helped on two more towers in Downtown. I also worked with a local Construction company, as a Project Manager, and they trained me with the fundamentals of getting the job done from the back scenes of the "Scope of Work". I worked on the insurance side which included fire, flood and smoke reconstruction. I am currently working as a Superintendent for a senior citizen home that I have built from the ground up, and am nearing completion. I am actively looking for the next opportunity, open to trying new things, I love to learn and make life easier, if possible.
