* Vet and provide technical and strategic advice on migrating the Atlassian Stack from On Prem instances to Atlassian Cloud. This includes everything from simple to very complex migrations including merging and divestiture scenarios* Provide high touch support as a dedicated resource to enterprise and white glove customers * Debug/Troubleshoot Server side issues related to migrations:** Network/Firewall/SSL/Proxy Issues** Resolve data integrity issues such as inconsistencies in Jira/Confluence data, user/group records and resolving database issues related to integrity problems** Advise on LDAP configuration changes to aid in optimizing user bases prior to migration** Advise on data clean up strategies for pre-migration optimization on the Server Side** Provide guidance on go live sequencing and high touch support for runbook planning and scheduling* Debug/Troubleshoot issues related to Cloud side issues related to migrations:** Deep dives in Splunk logs to surface nested Java exceptions in support of migration activities** Recommend scripting options to address/clean up malformed XML data

* Advise on both Linux and Windows system administration in support of enterprise level accounts with on prem implementations* Diagnose and resolve service outages, effectively de-escalating issues and delivering quality root cause analysis* Debug configuration and environmental issues as they relate to:** Networks & firewall rules** Proxies (forward/reverse, Nginx and Apache) and load balancers (AWS ALB, F5)** Containerization (VMs, Docker)** Cloud implementations (AWS, Microsoft Azure) ** LDAP (AD, Apache DES) - config, performance and infrastructure.* Debug and identify areas of performance improvement for a multitude of database flavors including Postgres, MySQL, Microsoft SQL Server and Oracle databases** Provide SQL queries to customers in the case that information or updates are needed on the DB side* Perform thread dump, heap dump, garbage collection, HAR file and log analysis as part of diagnosing application side problems or performance bottlenecks in the environment, providing best practices and recommendations for improving overall application performance* Supported LDAP implementations like Active Directory, Open LDAP and Apache DS, providing assistance with filter configuration, user management and performance debugging* Identify areas for efficiency improvements with respect to internal support procedures and automate these tasks leveraging Python or Bash scripting* Serve as mentor to other PSEs on the team
