Applied deep learning methods to medical imaging and actigraphy data for diagnosis and prognosis prediction of neurodegenerative disorders. Developed AI models for clinical data harmonization. Namely:• Developed several deep learning techniques (ResNet, Autoencoders, Vision Transformers) as biomarkers for predicting progression of REM sleep behavior disorder (RBD) patients to Parkinson's disease (PD), using an RBD longitudinal dataset of FDG/DAT PET scans.• Developed DL/ML methods (SVM, RF, CNN, transformers) applied to Actigraphy (wearable motor activity sensor) as a potential biomarker for controls vs RBD vs PD diagnosis and for RBD conversion prediction.• Created a cycle GAN for dopamine transporter SPECT to PET translation, improving diagnosis and multicenter studies in Parkinson's disease.
