Reporting to the Executive Board, I am the Head of Sales and Marketing of Concept+ cosmetics brand at GrupoConcept (BodyConcept and DepilConcept), responsible for coordinating a team of 5 elements:- Definition and implementation of the trade marketing and digital marketing strategy- Portfolio management of current face and body cosmetics product lines- Creation, development, launch and lead generation of new products- Definition of product prices and margins- Elaboration and management of the marketing budget- Definition of specific, exclusive and appropriate communication channels for internal customers (franchisees) and external customers (clients)- Planning and definition of above and below the line product campaigns- Responsible for the commercial management of products, in close collaboration with the various departments and stakeholders related to the product area- Definition of sales targets for the commercial team, with a target of 20% turnover growth in 2024, after growth of 47% in 2022 and 22% in 2023- Monitoring of sales in national and international markets and customers, as well as in different distribution channels- Market benchmarking, distribution channels and competitor analysis- Coordination of product training content to teams
