While a student I was a member of different academic memberships where I developed my team friendly and leadership skills. During this period I also worked as project monitor, increasing my communication and responsibility abilities, as a technical engineer assistant, translator, promoter and events organization among others.When I graduated I started looking for a professional challenge that would allow me grow professional and personally. I enrolled in the “Inov Contacto Program”, an international internship, and went to Romania for an enriching and unforgettable experience that allowed me to contact with different culture and work methods and realities. An excellent program that enhanced my professional background given me an opportunity to strengthen and widen my horizons.Back to Portugal I joined Ferreira, where I explored and improved my skills and abilities as a field engineer and as quantity surveyor. I also earned recognition for my contributions to the company quality system development, project management throughout Portugal and abroad for international clients (Brasil and Lybia), which has enabled me to develop good communication and business development skills. In 2012 I became a part of the team of the headquarters of Ferreira in Ghana where I had the opportunity of managing the Procurement & Commercial Depart. Here I found a new reality and culture that allowed not only to expand my knowledge’s but to improve my management skills and the capability of being a team leader. In 2014 I have decide to embrace a new challenge taking over of the Procurement Depart. in one of the biggest construction group in Ghana, Trasacco Group. After almost 3 years, and willing to achieve new goals on my professional career, I join MSF Eng. SA team in Ghana.With the end of MSF-Ghana, i was hired by the Austrian multinational Vamed, becoming director of Vamed Health Projects Ghana, a company dedicated to the construction of hospitals, clinics, management, and provision of medical services, where she has been since then.
