In the past four months, I embraced a grand challenge and transitioned to leading the product team, embarking on a journey of immense learning and growth. This move allowed me to expand my expertise and tackle new complexities in driving successful product outcomes.

As a tech lead I was responsible for critical technical direction of our projects, involving architectural decisions, and the implementation of cutting-edge technologies, such as new frameworks, libraries, and development methodologies. I was responsible for ensuring the team's performance providing an environment where they could be in constant technical evolution. Additionally, I took on the responsibility of constantly improving our cloud infrastructure, leveraging new AWS services to optimize and simplify our systems.I spearheaded the adoption of Python, Docker, AWS Lambda and other multiple AWS services, leveraging the power of serverless to optimize resource utilization and enable building some critical microservices that seamlessly scaled our applications. I advocated for Test-Driven Development (TDD) and code quality as a core principle in our software development process, leading that every new feature implemented by our team followed both TDD best practices and code standards.

I was part of a small team of three developers working for a brief period of time exclusively for this project. This opportunity allowed me to take on a hybrid role where I not only contributed to programming tasks but also assumed the responsibilities of a product manager. The most challenging aspect of this project is that it was already launched using technologies that I didn’t have previous experience with. I needed to learn Ruby on Rails and VueJS very fast, to embrace the project in just a few days and continue the development roadmap.

I was responsible for programming and maintaining board computers that run on embedded Linux. These board computers are not only equipped with peripheral devices and multiple sensors but also include autopilot and other automated control systems. These advanced features enable precise and efficient control of agricultural machinery and processes. Leveraging my programming skills in C and C++, I develop software applications that harness the power of these automated control systems, allowing for autonomous navigation, accurate positioning, and optimized operations in the field.

Co-founder of a Startup company focused developing embedded systems using bleeding edge technologies. One of the main projects was a PLC on top of a custom Embedded Linux platform. The other project was a home access control system where we build both the hardware and mobile applications that communicate with each other using Bluetooth Low Energy.

I was primarily responsible for programming the electronic components of the system, which involved developing firmware for small memory microcontrollers and creating communication software for the devices utilizing a low-level TCP/IP stack. Additionally, I took charge of designing printed circuit boards, ensuring their functionality and compatibility with the access control system.
