• Execution of the IT strategic plan managing the accomplishment of the project portfolio execution for all lines of business and operational areas (operations, claims, finance, underwriting, legal).Main responsibilities:
• Create and manage program/project plans, set deadlines, assign responsibilities, and monitor costs and progress.
• Evaluate program/project risks and work with company areas and the project management office to mitigate those risks and to ensure successful implementation on time and within budget.
• Direct and manage the implementation's overall and day-to-day business and technical aspects to ensure deliverables achieve client satisfaction and operational improvement expectations.
• Monitor program/project performance ensuring consistent and accurate reporting using tools such as Clarity PPM.
• Provide status reports to Chubb's management on every aspect of the program/project including cost, deliverables, quality, time, risk, and issues.
