I started my professional career as a site engineer for a private firm with focus on House construction where I supervised luxury house projects as main professional in charge.After few months, I had been referred to a more structured company on which i had been a main part of building Centro Medico De Santissimo Rosario, a Multi-storey Level 3 Private Hospital. After turn-over, I had been tasked to manage decomissioning and demolition of Sucat Thermal Powerplant for few months.In year two of my professional journey, I decided to part way from structured construction firms and started my own team, Lopez Industries.As most start-up, We struggled in gaining clients at the start and I have decided to enter semi-corporate work.I begun my journey with SM Supermalls as a Building Administration Officer, handling mall and tenant construction matters, mall utilities management and housekeeping upkeep works.As I earn my position with the company, I got engage with business planning and budgeting duties.All of these as Lopez Industries continue to look for clients. We are in continuous strive to improve the system, me as the General Manager, we adapt some of policies and learnings I had learned over the years, and at Year five of the firm (and my professional career) we landed on major partnerships with businesses and satisfied homeowners.I am continuously exploring and learning through collaborations and joint ventures, as I deepen my knowledge with the Business world and currently studying Real Estate Management.Referrals and Opportunities are always welcome!
