To keep this real, and to avoid a long parade of adjectives that sometimes we believe best describes us, my scientific mind decided to conduct an informal interview with some of my closest former’s colleagues and superiors about the characteristics they thought defined me better. I heard phrases like: get things done type of person, easy to work with, helpful and supportive, responsible, someone who could get ideas through without confrontation to all colleagues and at all levels of the organization, someone who doesn’t avoid challenges. I also consider myself, from an early age, a very organized and structured yet flexible and adaptable individual that is excellent at following instructions but that frequently has stepped up as a leader when needed.Some of my areas of expertise include coaching and training (especially helping others grasp complex information), subject matter knowledge in SAP and other applications, analyzing business practices, processes, and standard operating procedures for compliance and, proficiency in data and document management. I am also a proud rescue mom, love home decoration, and I’m an avid gardener…my well taken care of plants can tell you all about it.
