+ Process in-charge reporting directly to the QA Department and Section Manager.+ Manages 2x flagship Outgoing Inspection and Testing product lines (MLCI-LF and MLCI-LG).+ Supervises 4x Electronics Engineers, 4x Line Leaders, 20x QA Process Staffs and at most 120x QA inspectors working round-the-clock.+ Responsible for the achievement of quality objectives through application of total process control with focus on delivering and maintaining conformance of all multi-layer chip inductors.+ Renders judgment to both process & product abnormalities and lot-outs reported and categorized either internal and/or external.+ Collaborates with other process managers and supervisors to support the company’s objective of reducing and eliminating both internal process and external/client claims.+ Creates and delivers technical presentations and process updates during monthly QA Conference attended by Japanese Executives; Department and Section Manager and Supervisors from other sections.+ Reviews and provides approvals in the execution of required evaluation and tests for new and recovered products to determine usability and conformance.+ Recommends SPC program enhancements through product and process analysis results.+ Responsible for staff and inspector’s career development, education, training, periodic evaluation and conducts regular meetings and seminars for information dissemination.+ Assess, endorses and provides 2nd approval for any document revision and/or establishment of manufacturing and working standards as drafted by my engineers.+ Renders special judgment for revision of product control limits especially related to impedance and inductance measurements and acceptable physical attributes.

+ Process in-charge reporting directly to the QA Department and Section Manager.+ Supervises a team of 2x QA engineers and 20x inspectors assisting in the conduct of various product reliability testing and raw material inspection.+ Responsible for planning and coordination of all activities related to product qualification, application and reliability testing.+ Responsible for the preparation of mandatory evaluation and testing for new products with respect to customer requirements and international standards.+ Provides monthly product reliability and technical reports related to product conformity to all Section Managers and JTY (Japan Taiyo Yuden) counterparts.+ Responsible for rendering judgment for the conformity of all raw materials to be used in the production lines through conduct of material inspection and testing.+ Formulates and conducts technical evaluations for new and expired raw materials to determine its usability over its expiration.+ Consolidates and presents material evaluation results to various department in-charge.+ Conducts supplier visits and process line inspection to validate corrective actions of reported raw material abnormalities and claims.+ In-charge for the establishment and publication of Working Standards related to Reliability testing and Material inspection and evaluation.+ Facilitates inspector’s training and periodic evaluation.
