CurrentPartner with directors and senior executives to develop new business initiatives, foster employee engagement, and mobilize talent. Manage budgets in excess of $150K for various clients, such as tbg Events, LAUSD, Hearth, and Inspired by Media Group. Compensation: Drive equitable compensation practices by collaborating with executives to identify pay disparities, and make recommendations for salary and promotion decisions. HR Best Practices: Provide full service Human Resources functions for clients by conducting HR Audits, Handbook Review and Revisions, and recommending payroll software, and retirements plans. Workforce Planning: Advise leadership team on talent and organizational change strategy, while directing all facets of talent management, including full cycle recruitment, benefits administrations, employee relations, and investigations.
