Benefits Analyst
Current- Monitor eligibility, limitations, and restrictions for leave plan participations and ensures compliance with both company plan provisions and government requirements. Including Disability, Paid Parental and FMLA leaves.
- Monitor return to work status and handle the interactive process for ADA Accommodations
- Provides guidance and counsel to employees, HRIS representatives, HR Business Partners and managers on the requirements and provisions of leave programs and assist with the resolution of potential problems. Including.
- Assist with participating in a variety of presentations to inform and educate management and employees about changes to benefit/leave plans, administrative practices and legislated requirements and programs.
- Assisted with RFP proposals and renewal information and assist with interpreting insurance carrier contracts. Including implementation of a new disability and life vendor.
- Assist in the development of business processes around leave of absence and time off.
