I'm a Professional Business Analyst with experience in management information systems testing web based and windows based applications for state Medicaid accounts. I also have experience in requirements determination, requirements validation, and business design. I have extensive MMIS experience in Provider, Internet, and Prior Authorization subsystems with some experience in other MMIS areas as well. I have received formal recognition within the company several times as well as all positive formal reviews.In my role as a Professional Business Analyst, my current focus is implementation of a new modular Medicaid system. I have worked to identify and validate requirements with the client. I have led design discussions and created the business design for the Prior Authorization subsystem. I also have 7 years of experience creating test cases based on requirements outlined in business designs. I have created, executed, and documented system testing for internal and external web based and windows based user interfaces. I have held the lead BA position for my team and have collaborated with other BAs to coordinate testing efforts and ensure the quality and timeliness of our work.Colleagues know me as a hard working, organized, reliable individual.
