•Handled all accounting transactions of the company encompassing payroll, petty cash, bookkeeping and preparations of financial statements.• Posting of daily financial transactions in the accounting system (QuickBooks & ABSS Premier)• Finalization of books of accounts• Compute taxes and prepare VAT Returns• Co-ordinate with Auditors• Proper handling of accounts receivables and payables• Handles preparation of sales invoice, collection follow-ups & sending statement of accounts• Monitoring of Bank Transactions, Bank Reconciliation & analysis of cash inflows and outflow• Record purchases & pay bills after scrutinizing before its due date• Monthly reconciliation of suppliers & customers and prepare ageing report.• Verification and vouching of cash & bank payment voucher• Posting of journal entries for prepayments, fixed & depreciation of assets, accruals of income & expenses• Preparation, monitoring, projection and analysis of annual company’s budget• Monthly payroll in accordance with Wage Protection System• Management of petty cash funds by carefully analyzing the validity and veracity of each and every receipts and properly recording the same in the system including replenishment when the balance become low• Application of employment visa and other documents for new employee• Calculate Annual Leave Pay and Gratuity / Final Pay of employee• Co-ordinate with insurance service provider• Stock taking & Stock valuation• Maintain permanent records of all goods ordered and received of stocks held at any given time.• Preparation of export documents i.e. invoice, packing list, bill of exchange, collection order.• Preparation of custom documents for export and local deliveries.• Contact, arrange & follow-up with freight forwarder for deliveries & export documents etc• Maintain records and files• Perform other administrative tasks as needed.
