Filed complaints with the court in judicial foreclosures. Drafted motion, declaration and orders for service. Made sure defendants were served with summons and complaint. Updated client software with filed documents and updates on case. Kept track of case status in a timely matter to make sure the next step was completed.

Started as office service clerk in mail room. Promoted to file clerk after 3 months. Promoted to ADR case manager working for a Judge. I worked as a case manager for Retired Federal Judge Layn R. Phillips in his Mediation/Arbitration practice run out the Law firm Irell and Manella.
