For as long as I can remember I've been filled with intellectual curiosity and openness to experience new things. I have experience managing high volume and executive level, full lifecycle recruitment across multiple companies, service lines and disciplines. Additionally, I'm skilled in analyzing organizations internal data combined with external market data for consulting on compensation and benefits, new hire processes, and company culture.I’m well-versed in strategic candidate sourcing, negotiations, client and candidate onboarding with continuous relationship management, operations administration, and logistics coordination. I throughly enjoy combining my love for people with data analytics creating a successful quantitative and qualitative psychology approach.Some of my favorite things to do are traveling with my two rescue dogs, Charlie and Bernie, enjoying any live music and all things outdoors.
