Researcher at the Research and Monitoring Unit. Working in a team with the researchers on the forceful evictions of Roma people in Bulgaria. The aim of the research is to shed light on a topic, which is relatively unpopular in the country. The report is to be finalised in mid 2016.

My everyday duties spanned from maintaining UNHCR Bulgaria social media account, writing up of media reports, SitReps, organising and attending various social events, conducting research, correspondence with the State Agency for refugees as well as, dealing with the programme budget and the DI budget, and administrative work.

Main responsibilities included researching, preparing and presenting a project called Bulgarian Industrial Zones Catalogue, which comprised of more than 300 projects. The idea of the Catalogue was to create a singular database with projects from all around the country. The aim was to ease the process for foreign investors and to encourage the foreign investment in Bulgaria. Other responsibilities included researching and preparing the presentation for the annual UN report- UNCTAD;
