For over 30 years I have been working as a commercial real estate agent in Salt Lake City. I have developed a strong reputation for representing my clients with tenacity but without being overbearing. I am not a transaction-based broker. I am looking for long lasting relationships with clients wherein I am constantly looking out for their best interests from the onset of the transaction throughout the entire process. Typically once a lease is signed the broker leaves the scene. I stay involved throughout the entire process including the tenant improvement phase, then provide ongoing lease administration services throughout the lease. The middle of a lease is where people tend to ignore huge cost savings abilities through careful watch of landlord billings. This lease administration consistently saves my clients from thousands to hundreds of thousands of dollars outside of the savings I can achieve through the initial lease negotiations. I provide a skill set that others simply do not provide because it takes time and they are not services that generate commissions. I'm detailed to a fault and will spend more time and attention on your transaction than anyone else in the industry because I take a personal interest in everything I do. I love my clients and often form long lasting friendships in the process. In my spare time I love the outdoors with family and friends from fly fishing the Henry's Fork to rock climbing, hiking, biking, cooking, skiing....I'm usually up for a great adventure.
