During my time with this company I have done a number of different jobs. I started out doing the deposits and data entry for the Country Media Corp. In that position I would log in the daily payments received for the corporation and answered phones. I then moved to receivables where I did data entry for 8 of the 14 papers and often would handle customer questions about their bills. I also answered phones, backed up the front desk by taking ads from walk-in customers and covered vacation time for the Circulation Manager. I created invoices when needed and statements once a month. In Sept of 2010 I was asked to take over the circulation desk which I accepted. I now manage a customer database for all 14 papers and do the circulation billing for 3 of the papers and payments for all 14. I currently work 40+ hrs a week and supervise 7 drivers.

In this position I provided superior customer service by processing deposits and withdrawals from personal and business accounts. I also created cashiers checks and money orders. I worked the drive-up window and learned to both open in the morning and close the bank in the evening. I worked 20-25 hrs a week.

In this position I provided superior customer service by operating a check-stand. I also perform other duties as required. I cross trained in other departments where I ensured that price tags placed throughout the store were consistent with item prices. I also prepared price tags and placed them appropriately throughout the store. I worked 5-30 hrs a week depending on the season.

This was a dispatch job in which I used 5 or more computer systems to monitor and resolve any on-road problems that arose with drivers. I used a 6-line phone system where I transferred calls and took messages. I printed out various reports for both the on-road supervisor and local sort supervisor. I monitored a customer orientated messaging system. With this system I would work as a middle man between customers and drivers. I also did safety checks on equipment in the bldg. I worked 27.5 hrs a week and supervised 6-58 drivers depending on the day and volume of pkgs.

At this job I was the international clerk for the Roseburg center. I would audit each package to insure they had proper paperwork and met all requirements. In this position I also learned to be very detail oriented since packages reaching their destination depended on it. I had to keep up with constantly changing rules and regulations. I worked 20-30 hrs a week.

I was approached and offered this job because of my volunteer work in the church as Video Coordinator and Sunday School Assistant Director. I maintained my volunteer positions as well as the paid position. In the paid position I answered the phones and did research for various projects. I also did deposits for the weekly offering. I coordinated the schedules for sunday school teachers and trained new volunteers. In the paid position I worked 20 hrs a week. In the volunteer position I worked 5 hrs a week and supervised 3 teachers, 4 video workers and 6 helpers.

In this position I was responsible to wire electrical panels for septic systems. I learned to wire panels by using a wire order list as well as a schematic for individual panels. Part of being a Wire Tech III was to test each panel before it left the shop and learn how to put a kit together. I also used Filemaker Pro to input data for employee’s performance evaluations. I would oversee 5-8 people when the supervisor was not there. The first time I was employed it was full time from Aug of 99' - Nov of 02'. Orenco then hired me back on in June of 03' through Jan of 04' when I took a job at Foursquare Gospel Center the second was 25-35 hrs a week depending on the season.
