*** Establishment of a testing department from scratch that currently has 24 employees (recruitment of 2 testing teams on site and offshore- India).*** Building work processes.*** Defining end-to-end testing methodology cross Bank's departments.*** Working with development, product managers and business users.*** Integration and involvement within the early stages of the project, from the characterization phase and gap analysis till going live to production.*** Supervision of the implementation and development of business requirements *** Planning complex and challenging work plans during 3 corona closures*** Generating daily status reports for the Bank's management on project's progress.
