My agricultural roots run deep in Southeast Idaho, with my family's heritage spanning four generations in the region. I pursued both my Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees at Montana State University. My connection to the natural landscape has fueled my unwavering passion for fostering its growth and ensuring long-term social, ecological, and economic sustainability.Throughout my career, I have held various roles that showcase my versatility and expertise. As an Associate Professor at Montana State University, I specialized in regenerative agriculture, soils, rangeland and riparian health, and holistic decision-making, imparting knowledge to aspiring minds. Additionally, managing large herds of grazers provided me with invaluable hands-on experience and a profound understanding of practical land management techniques.My commitment extends beyond individual endeavors; I thrive on forging connections and fostering collaboration with stakeholders. By aligning visions and working collectively, I have successfully achieved goals in land stewardship and property asset management, making a lasting impact on the sustainability and productivity of land resources.
