I have strengthened employee knowledge and skills by conducting comprehensive training for both new and existing staff. In coordination with university leadership, I have set both short-term and long-term goals to ensure the institution's sustainability. My strategic planning of recruitment travel with Admission Counselors has broadened our reach throughout Texas. I have planned and engaged in international travel, served as the Principal Designated School Official (PDSO) for the university, and maintained its international status. I have developed preview events for prospective students and their families, engaged in discussions about the value of attending HSU, and analyzed data with my leadership team to identify innovative student recruitment strategies. My collaboration with the marketing team has resulted in the creation of relevant materials for each recruitment cycle, and I have implemented new programs to enhance recruitment success. I actively participate in Leadership Development opportunities when available and continuously study current high school students to understand trends in higher education. Additionally, I have worked with high school leaders to assess student needs.

I traveled to high schools throughout Texas to recruit for HSU, aiming to build a robust student body. I devised strategies to connect with new high school counselors. I organized Preview events and Family Days to foster ongoing engagement. Additionally, I met with incoming students and their parents to discuss the college admissions process.

Managed a substantial caseload, which involved coordinating paperwork for IEP meetings, overseeing schedules, and creating individualized activities. Treatment objectives were regularly adjusted based on the assessed progress of each student. In close collaboration with the Speech Pathology supervisor, I developed tailored treatment strategies.
