Working alongside with major retailers and buying groups across North America and Globally, I bring ideas to life (on time).Responsible for North American sales, Costco Worldwide, and new business development functions including; new product development, sell sheets, sales meetings/presentations, retail roll-out planning, product sourcing, project management, contract and sales negotiations, quality control and testing, packaging design, client management, shipping logistics, online marketing, and aftermarket customer/client service.

Working one-on-one with the College & Universities across Canada my role was to develop, maintain and grow Group Travel experiences in the campus marketplace. I was involved in group presentations and individual contract negotiations with the Student Unions, Campus Groups/Venues, and Residences. Every school needed individual attention. New Business opportunities needed to be creatively sourced and developed into a successful paying group trip. I developed new destinations and added new types of tours to the company portfolio. I hired, training, and managed promo teams in each city across Canada, ensuring that there were events and activities planned for them to attend. Working alongside our PR Manager I sold sponsorship opportunities both on destination and for our promotional team. Social Media and other Radio Spots were also under my responsibility. AR, trip planning, destination on-site event management and execution, and customer service were also areas of responsibility.
