Responsible for reception/clerical duties, including, handling incoming calls and directing to appropriate personnel or department. Prepares letters and memos as needed.Greets customers, visitors, contractors and guests in a professional friendly manner. Assists directing customer and/or visitors to appropriate destination. Answers question from employees, visitors and customers. Handles preparation for plant tours. Maintains security following procedures. Utilizing the log/guest sign in and out book, in addition to, the accountability log, developed in excel database, also on a daily continuous basis. Issuing visitor and contractor badges in compliance with Safe Quality Food plan. Maintains up to date knowledge of staff and vendor movements in and out of the organization.Accurate Data Entry in M-files for BOL and Milk Manifests, daily. Cross check with Cream and UF schedules. Notifying appropriate personnel of any corrections, mistakes or missing information. Makes revisions when appropriate. Organizes incoming invoicesOrders office and administrative supplies weekly. Creates Requisitions for each purchase order and communicates with the Percurrent Manager. Maintains an inventory of office supplies.Cross checks and prepares Accounts Payable checks for mailing. Records all information on AP report.Performs all other duties as assigned.
