My career focus is non profit leadership, innovation, and community building. I have an excellent track record in microlending, project management, team leadership, and community volunteerism. I have worn many hats; as a project lead for a full-program CRM system, a business intelligence developer, and managing a team of talented professionals who oversee nearly 2000 loans in a national micro lending portfolio. What I love the most is solving tricky problems, getting rid of pain points in business processes, and growing capacity to do more, much faster.Currently, I am based out of Rideau Lakes, Ontario, Canada. I am completing the requirements of the Cape Breton University MBA Community Economic Development program.

Manager, Loan PortfolioWindmill Microlending May 2017 - Jan 2022Calgary, Canada AreaThis amazing role included the effective administration of Windmill’s national loan portfolio of 2000+ active accounts nationwide, involving data analysis, internal reporting, and team management. Our small but mighty client-facing team performed risk assessments, client application support, data entry, and continuous problem solving for our clients. The team's responsibility was to ensure loans were paid back on time, but we achieved this by providing excellent customer service, flexible repayment terms, and guidance. My job was to guide this team, monitor the health of the portfolio, and provide reporting for the Leadership and Board Director levels of the organization. Facilitation, presentation, coaching, financial analysis, and project management were core aspects of this role.In addition to the core function of my role, I also lead the design and implementation of the organization’s entire CRM framework through Freshworks integration, project manager for the ongoing development of Windmill’s loan administration infrastructure (TurnKey), and work as an Asana power user. -
