Javier Lora started his career in banking in 2001 with World Financial Network National Bank as an account manager. His duties included collections, management and acquisition of clothing stores charge accounts. In 2005 Javier accepted a job offer at Chase bank as a licensed personal banker and after showing interest in business banking, he was promoted to business banker in 2006. With four years of business banking experience, in 2010 Javier received a job offer from BBVA to be part of their Business Relationship Management team. He managed and grew a portfolio of business clients year over year and in 2012 Javier was the number one business relationship manager in north central Texas, and number four in the country. Earning in that year the Pinnacle award for excellence in service and sales. In November 2013, Javier accepted a position with Bank of America and served as part of their Small Business Banking division for two years.In 2015, Capital One brought him on board to form part of their business banking team for the Dallas-Fort Worth market.After 1 year at Capital One Javier joined the family business; Brenda's Cleaning, to run the day to day operations, manage employees, the finances, and customer acquisition.
