•Serve as a bridge of communication between Executive Director, leadership team, management team, and internal advisory team• Provide strategic planning, project management and logistical support to Executive Director• Complete a broad array of administrative tasks for the Executive Director including calendar management, expense reports and tracking, and space scheduling• Assist with scheduling multi-participant meetings for members of the leadership team• Work with Executive Director to develop strategy and facilitate flow of communication among leadership & management teams, including the proactive upkeep of Teams resources pages. This will include:• Gathering information and writing regular updates• Drafting communication with and on behalf of Executive Director• Ensuring feedback mechanisms and follow-up processes are visible to all leaders

-Facilitate topic-specific group sessions to 40 individuals annually, covering topics such as: parenting, social adjustment, safety, financial literacy, household maintenance, public transit, nutrition, mental health and wellness, and work life balance.-Provide intensive case management to 5-10 vulnerable individuals on an ongoing basis-Conduct service plans and assess needs, strengths, barriers, and set goals with each individual and participant in the program and check in at least once every 30 days to ensure goal achievement-Work closely with volunteers providing support in the form of transportation, childcare, materials, or specific facilitation for group sessions.-Meet with ethnic community leaders to assess needs and promote group programming-Collaborate and provide training for community partners, mutual aid associations, and churches-Collaborate with appropriate WR staff around service provision as necessary

Provides administrative assistance for Michelle Ami Reyes, PhD. Oversees email accounts and calendars. Coordinates speaking and writing invitations, as well as general events. Schedules meetings and travel arrangements. Oversees budget and billable services.

Provides comfort and support at the end of life for Patients and families in private homes and Assisted Living Facilities throughout Orange County. Sits with a patient and talks with them, hold their hand, read to them, sing to them, play games with them, provide a break to the patient's primary caregiver, provide spiritual direction as needed.

Provides administrative support to business development efforts and to the director of the department with an emphasis on providing quality customer service, assists in developing and facilitating the proposal process for specific projects, including budget development, proposal writing, contract negotiations and client presentations, oversees the startup procedures for all new sites.
