Guides representatives within hospital divisions in the development and preparation of research grant proposals for a multitude of sponsors. Helping divisional representatives with budgeting for grants and contracts, ensuring correct calculations of expenditure categories. Reviews guidelines set forth by sponsors and makes sure divisions have met these needs. Maintains open communication with others in the office and throughout the hospital. Adheres to standard operating procedures within CCHMC.

Creating funding proposals for potential new grants within the division for 25+ research faculty. Gathering administrative documents and information, creating the corresponding budget based upon the needs of the proposal. Review the Requests for Proposals or Funding Opportunity Announcements to ensure all requirements are met. Provide support between the Principal Investigator and subcontract sites and Sponsored Research Services. Provide research faculty with information or updates that pertains to how they submit proposals. Use multiple tracking spreadsheets to keep work as organized as possible. Complete monthly reconciliations of all ongoing grants within the division against Grant Expense Reports or Revenue & Expense Reports.

Provide a clean and safe inpatient unit for all patients and family members entering and inside of the unit. Welcome all individuals to a warm, clean and inviting unit while providing excellent customer service skills. Ensuring all visitors are screened upon visit with the proper paperwork and temperature check for ages 14 and under. Holding compliance to HIPAA regulations and accuracy of any patient records. Responsible for the upkeep of proper chart maintenance.

Holding weekly meetings for all employees and solve arising issues in concert with owner(s) of the studio. Coordinating time management for employees and scheduling the allotted time for each employee. Running marketing meetings alongside owner. Setting up and taking place in meetings with potential contracted clients to bring in new revenue. Preparing proposals for said meetings. Controlling quality management to ensure clients receive correct and extraordinary products. Responsible for billing and invoicing, collecting payments as well as running open balance summaries of customers. Interviewing potential new employees for customer service positions.

Provide clerical duties such as answer multiple lines on the telephone, accepting payments, filing, scheduling appointments on various scheduling software, and invoicing orders. Conduct sales according to an appointment based-schedule. Invoice preparation for customer orders based on their decided purchase. Work in the lab to complete orders for customers and produce previews from sessions using Adobe Photoshop.
