Use, maintenance, and qualification of Hamilton MicroLab Star liquid handling robots, Agilent Tape Stations, Illumina HiSeqs and NovaSeqs. Use of manual pipettes for low volume liquid transfer, reagent preparation, and sample preparation. Use of in-house LIMS system for production sample and process entry, tracking, and analysis as well as reagent receipt and volume tracking, and data review. Use of Microsoft 365 office applications including Teams, Excel, and Word.Job title changed from Research Associate 2 to Laboratory Technician 3 when the lab was transferred from Research to Production.
