Supervised curriculum and learning development for all K-12 fine and performing arts instruction. Led fine and performing arts strategic and financial planning, project management, educator recruitment, screening and supervision, and community engagement in more than 90 schools.

Supervised 85-140 staff members and 1100-1750 students. Collaboratively led all academic, extracurricular, communications and community relations, strategic planning, financial, assessment, special education, professional learning, and human resources functions and programs.

Supervised more than 40 teachers and 600 students. Led the Language Arts, Mathematics, Social Studies, Special Education, and Performing Arts departments. Oversaw homebound instruction, new student induction, inventory, and faculty forums, work groups, and learning sessions.

Taught classes, evaluated teachers, supervised students. Served as a special education administrative designee. Coordinated school strategic plan design and implementation, intervention team plans, virtual learning, and freshman transition.

Ensured student achievement of curriculum objectives at multiple schools. Ensembles consistently achieved "superior" ratings at Virginia Band and Orchestra Director's Association (VBODA) events. Served as an adjudicator for multiple VBODA events, including All-Virginia Orchestra auditions. Hosted the VBODA North-Central Regional Orchestra Event.
