Leading the projects for development of the new connectors for automotive industry. Leading the international development team (USA, Germany, France, …). Communication with customers (PSA, Leoni, Delphi, Yazaki, ...).

Development of products and processes including tools for switch modules of mobile phones as well as industrial keypads for customers as XM-Radio, Nokia, Sagem, Sonny Ericsson. Preparing quotations, searching for suppliers, preparing technical documentation, DFMEA, supporting the process development, organizing the tests and validation of the products.

Development and improvement of processes (foil cut, keypad assembly) for keypad modules. Transfers of technologies (from France). Monitoring and improvement of processes and using the statistical means (SPC, PFMEA, etc. Development of the best process for new products by close cooperation with design engineering.
