Operation Manager
Current- Managing (support/review/tracking/coordination) daily operation issues
- Provide support for tickets handled by operation teams during the whole lifecycle (incident, problem, change)
- Take part/support in joined task-force calls
- Customer calls (depending on customer and requirements)
- Capacity management (Overview the environment with the operation (looking for the opportunity to reduction, or to increase capacity if needed)
- Security management (admin account cleanup, patch, security updates, CU update, winaudit reports)
