Strategic Account Management and New Account Development. Manage 40+ accounts to help successfully bring Revenue Growth to the Carlson Rezidor Hotel Group Worldwide. Achieve established quarterly and annual revenue goals. Manage and facilitate the RFP process for accounts utilizing Lanyon. Manage customer satisfaction within account base by communicating and responding to issues, needs, etc. Collaborate with District Director’s in identifying hotel opportunities. Utilize salesforce.com to capture key client information to effectively manage client relationships.

Partnered with 11 Sales Managers to develop and implement sales strategies and action plans for revenue generation against established goals and objectives for key accounts. Manage and facilitate the RFP process for accounts utilizing Lanyon, BidStork, Sabre, etc. Assist in the preparation and compilation of information required for client facing reports and monthly reporting of crew business. Responsible for researching and qualifying leads. Achieve quarterly and yearly revenue goals. Assist with building new accounts, mapping new accounts, work in Lanyon to finalize RFP process.
